Point Reward Management System (“PRMS”) Terms & Conditions:
STAR Rewards reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these terms and conditions and/or the features, benefits and privileges of the Programme without prior notice. Notice of such changes to the PRMS and these terms and conditions will be updated in the PRMS with the date from which the changes take effect. The submission of an application for membership is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions. Membership and Members’ entitlement to membership benefits and privileges of the Programme, including the redemption of any Benefits and Privileges, shall be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In relation to these terms and conditions the new version will then be posted on PRMS from the effective date in the communication.
The PRMS is a points reward management system where points will be awarded to STAR Rewards subscribed members, and further details on how to participate will be notified by STAR Rewards sales person in respective branches. Membership in the STAR Rewards Programme is non-transferable and non-assignable. Rewards Points accrued by person(s) other than the member themselves shall be forfeited. STAR Rewards shall not be liable for inaccurate accrual or redemption of Rewards Points as a result of technical malfunction, operator fault, member misconduct or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of STAR Rewards. Members shall be responsible for updating STAR Rewards immediately of any change in personal details. Enquiries concerning personal accounts must be done by the member in person.
Data Privacy. Personal data in Singapore is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012(PDPA). We are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by applying for the STAR Rewards Membership, you consent to the use of the personal details provided to STAR Rewards for such purposes as STAR Rewards deem reasonably necessary to the administration and management of membership and the Programme.
Your personal information shall be processed by STAR Rewards, in its capacity of data controller, by its subsidiaries, associates or affiliates;
We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, fax, telephone or email; and
In the event of a company reorganization, merger or acquisition, for use of such information for its (their) administration of membership records, advertising, marketing and communication purposes.
STAR Rewards reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate a membership (with all Rewards Points forfeited) without prior notice, including where a member  is found to breach these terms and conditions, tampering with the Website in any way, be committing and illegal activity (including, but not limited to hacking on to the Website, use of software to generate/populate logins/ membership details of players in order to obtain points)or fraud on the Website(including but not limited to generating false accounts/contact details of new players)or in relation to the PRMS. Removal and exclusion from PRMS will be investigated and dealt with on a case basis at the discretion of STAR Rewards.
